As we had a mishaps with another company, I got in touch with Josh to deliver a fridge for me within a couple of hours in total. The communication was consistent, and when he promised something he went above and beyond fulfilling that promise. Not sure if installing and ensuring the fridge worked properly was part of his job duties as I reached out to a third party to save my mishaps elsewhere, but he took the time to make sure it did. He's a very valuable employee and will continue to give him my business in the years coming!

After trying (and failing) to replace the ignitor on our gas oven, I had to call in the pros! Quick, clean, respectful, and efficient... They'd figured out my error (installed the silly thing upside-down!), fixed it, confirmed everything was working, and never once made me feel like a dummy for needing help.
