Update below; I made an appointment for 2 pm on a Monday, I received a voice mail, three days later, confirming my appointment for that same day between 10:30 and 11:30, changing it because they had something else come up AFTER setting up my appointment, I called said that can’t work for me, we settled on 4p the same day, I received ANOTHER callback wanting to come at 9am that same morning, when I already told them Monday morning would not work for me. My first appointment should have never been changed, especially without calling and saying we need to change your appointment, then changing it three times! Update; the owner called and came himself at my original time, great job and for making it right, I’ll change my one star to a 5 star

Everyone was great. From the tech to in-store employees to the delivery driver. All very friendly and helpful! Also pretty quick delivery and they helped with an extra dryer I had out in my yard! 100% recommend getting appliances from here.

As we had a mishaps with another company, I got in touch with Josh to deliver a fridge for me within a couple of hours in total. The communication was consistent, and when he promised something he went above and beyond fulfilling that promise. Not sure if installing and ensuring the fridge worked properly was part of his job duties as I reached out to a third party to save my mishaps elsewhere, but he took the time to make sure it did. He's a very valuable employee and will continue to give him my business in the years coming!

They'd figured out my error (installed the silly thing upside-down!), fixed it, confirmed everything was working, and never once made me feel like a dummy for needing help.
