received the washer and matching dryer on 9/11/2020, after our 25+/- year old set was dying and parts were no longer readily available. we installed the washer per instructions without incident. the capacity has made a big difference in the number of loads needed to be run. the various features are fantastic but be sure to read and follow your instructions for proper use. the machine has even adjusted its self when a load was out of balance. everything has come out very clean and fresh. the drum is deep but easily moved to the front for access of item removal. hoping that this set last for years to come. remember to just install correctly and read your instructions for proper use.

Bought this washer along with matching drier in black. Wasn't looking for anything with too many bells and whistles, so this one worked out just right. Easy to select the required wash, not too loud and looks really nice. Good size for a small family that need to wash 2-3 times per week. Product itself is great but the delivery was a poor experience. It was really difficult to get the delivery time confirmed.

We have been using this washer for about two months now. There are a lot of settings and you can manipulate them to your desired setting too. It is not too loud and does not vibrate. Capacity is huge and the drum can be little hard to reach sometimes. We do have to use the Deep fill option or else the top layer of clothes are not submerged in water. They do say that the time is adjusted for smaller loads, however I did not see that happening. So if u have a small load of whites it takes around an hour and half to get done. It did throw a couple of error codes, but it started working once you restart it using the play button. And yes one feature I love is that you can add clothes by pausing the cycle. Active water jet is great but it runs only cold water.

I wanted a washer that could do large loads with a lot of setting options. I can wash 2 sets of king size sheets in this washer. The pre-stain treatment spray is a great feature. I also use it to rinse out the cup from the soap and bleach. The washer runs fairly quiet too.

I'm glad got the opportunity to buy this top load washer. at first I was hesitant to try a new brand but once I got try them nothing but good things to say . Went from using a different brand front load washer which always had a stinky rubber smell. They design of this washer very sleek easy to install with great features compared to other brands. Even my 7 year learned how use the washer and dryer since he plays soccer. Very easy to use with digital touch buttons. Best about thing about these washer how well the machine work since I traded my old ones out the whole family can tell the difference in the smell of the clothes the softness and how clean the clothes are.would definitely recommend these to a family member. Wash almost the double the load then before. Definitely love all the features perm press...activewear..sanitize bedding water proof ...crazy part is most machines dont come with thess features..makes things so much easier..

I do love this washers feature of the big capacity tub for large loads, I washed a sets of king sheets, as well as the matching comforter together and all pieces washed perfectly. The detergent tray dispenser is a saver when it come to how much detergent to dispense. softener. My previous washer did not have a dispenser and of course there were time I did not measure ...just poured and I probably poured too much. I like the 30 minute quick wash, very efficient, although understand its just that a quick wash. (Note): If you begin adding extra features such as fabric softener, extra rinses the time will not be 30 minutes (you will have altered the base 30min time). The soft-close lid, saves my ears and me being annoyed with my kids for letting the lid go in mid air. I like the stainless steel pulsator and the stainless washer tub. For me it makes it easy to locate items in the bottom of washer that may have fallen out of my kids pockets. I am really enjoying the Built-in water faucet I now easily pre-treat stained clothes without have to walk to my bathroom or kitchen to use water faucet. I am unfamiliar with steps on how to upload my photos here. When I tried from my phone it did not work.

So I got this new Samsung and I am ready to test it. I got all the clothes together and I am gonna put the machine to the test, gonna see if it gets the clothes done faster the the old machine and I want to see how good a job it does with getting them clean. I know with the old machine it's gonna be an all day affair washing clothes but with the Samsung I notice there are 12 different wash cycles to choose from and each wash cycle has different times accordingly. The Samsung has a sleek overall design looking very futuristic not at all like my old square box. Good bye old machine and welcome to your new home Samsung. So I do my first couple loads and I notice I am ahead of my normal schedule doing the clothes all these different wash cycles and wash times are great but the clothes also have a cleaner and fresher look to them. I put my uniform shirts in the washer and forgot to pretreat with the stain fighter but no worries my new buddy Samsung still removed the stains that my old machine never would without the stain being treated, we using same detergents as before the Samsung machine is doing a better job cleaning the clothes overall, I like it and i also like how it plays a musical tune to let you know it's finish. The tub is huge it's capacity is unbelievable got all the clothes done and had hours to spare in my day. This Samsung machine has a very nice look to it and does a great job, thanks for making such a great piece of machinery.

Amazing washing machine than can finish a load of laundry in under 40 minutes!! Super cool because it can be connected to your phone. It has a huge steel drum that can fit a lot of clothes. I'm super excited to be able to wash my comforters. Pretty blue display so it can be seen easily with many selections to choose from depending on what you are washing. The top lid automatically locks when it's ready to start. The active water jet is a helpful feature that allows you to easily spot clean right in the washer. The steam clean feature makes sure to remove the most stubborn of stains. Love how clean and fresh the clothes smell! Samsung you have outdone yourself once again! I love doing laundry now, and even the kids argue over who's turn it is to do laundry. May I add how beautiful and sleek this washing machine is too?

I honestly love the Samsung Washer technology, it is a powerful machine in which I am pleased on how well it washes my clothes. The Samsung 5.4 cu. ft. Top Load Washer with Super Speed technology, not only can wash just a few of my T-shirts, but also, it can handle a an entire load of my jeans with pure cleanliness and without damaging the fabric. The Samsung washer has the ability to wash in very hot temperature, as well as in cold, and it does a great job on both settings. I am also very impress with the washer's steam technology leaving my most dirties blankets, clean and smelling so great. I highly recommend the Samsung top load washer with super speed wash!

First Impression With Dryer

Ive done a few loads with this Samsung Dryer and am quite impressed. It was extremely easy to set up and use. One of my favorite features is the Wrinkle Away. I no longer have to go to the cleaners. I also like how the dryer makes a noise once the drying is completed. This is very convenient so you dont always have to check back to see how much time is left. Cleaning the dryer lint is also very easy to do. You can rest assured that all the lint is removed thanks to it being able to open. The dryer is also huge which works for me and avoids me having to do large loads.

Efficient Washer with advanced features. I am very impressed by the drum capacity. Very large. Washer has this awesome spot cleaning option for while you're loading, very useful. Love how it senses how much moisture is still in the clothes and adjusts the time needed to dry the clothes accordingly, this is saving us time getting to the next load, and electricity. The units are large enough to put the large comforters in as well as the washer. He unit has reversible see-through door – which allowed me to choose which direction the door opens to accommodate my laundry space. I highly recommend Samsung

My first impression with this dryer was WOW now I can dry bedsheets and not have to worry about them being damp. The inside has a lot of room for big loads. The features are pretty self explanatory and easy to follow. One feature that I have not had a chance to use yet but look forward too is the shoe rack. This dryer heats quickly and efficiently. The color is also futuristic. One of my favorite features is the light inside which makes it convenient when your drying at night.

Works as good as it looks!

A beautiful piece of machinery that is also almost whisper quiet (at least compared to our previous washer) and works as good as it looks. This is our first smart washer and we were impressed with the wide variety of features available. At the same time, it was very easy to use as well and did not confuse us with the options. It's got a huge capacity that helps when we are washing bedding items and we no longer have to stuff comforters in to the washer. We no longer have to select the load capacity as the washer determines the water required automatically. The kids love that we can peak in through the top of the washer to see it in action (we selected a top load specifically because we have heard some horror stories about front load systems although that may not be the case anymore). It's also got steam sanitize feature for those clothes that you want to protect and keep looking like new for a long time. Overall, it's an amazing washer that is also a work horse and does it's job perfectly time after time. Together with the matching dryer, we absolutely love the set and would highly reccommend it to anyone looking to purchase.

The many functions of this washer are outstanding. The steam function helps me remove stains, which I easily pre-treat using the Active Water jet feature. The deep fill feature lets me manage the water level for different sized loads and keeps my water bill down. The super speed function has cut my washing time in half. What can I say, this washer is awesome! For years I have wanted this washer...a top load washer with large capacity and NO center agitator. Too many clothes of mine, especially my delicates, have been tangled and wrapped around the center agitator. Ruining nice clothes gets old. With this washer though, I can wash everything from my most delicate items to king size blankets and not worry about pulling them out in knots! The active wear setting is perfect for all of my workout clothes, and all the other settings are super useful as well...bedding for bedding, delicate cycle for delicates, etc...what more could I ask for?! This washer is awesome!

I haven't used a top load washer in years, and wasn't really a fan of them. This washer has definitely changed my mind. It's so spacious in the inside that it seems I can never add enough clothes to fill it up. It has a ton of cycles for just about anything. I love that I can use water to just rinse before washing. I also love that the washer is self cleaning and gives a reminder when it is time to do so. The washer does a great job of alerting you of any error/issue. I love the song that plays at the end of the wash cycle. The instruction booklet gives some great tips on how to get the best use out of the washer.

So far so good! I do really love how quite this washer is! My last washer was so loud even with laundry room door closed sounded like it was beating clothes up. I also like how I can load my comforter and sheets all in and still room left (also has a bedding cycle) which is perfect for our family of 4 with 2 non stop kids. I like all the options the washer has as well. I dont do the majority of washing but it has enough features to be a "smart" washer but easy enough to use for those of us who dont use it as often.

This Machine Makes Laundry Fun!!

In my home my wife and I definitely divide two chores: laundry and cooking. Having worked in the restaurant business she doesn't like to cook and I just have never cared for doing laundry. Then our new Samsung washer was delivered and everything changed. Now I actually tell my wife to please leave the laundry for me and guys out there I am dead serious. The first really cool thing about this washer is the sounds it makes. Sorry not going to lie but that is important and the sounds these machines make is like having the Jetsons around. The next thing is the amount of settings available. I like to have really clean work clothes and so having my clothes pre-soak and rinse four or five times is definitely appealing. Also, the super speed function makes sure all the water is spun out several times over. Aside from just work clothes there are many different variations you can use to wash your clothes- warm water with 3 rinses hot water with 2 rinses all on the type of cycle you need such as heavy duty, regular, special care, active wear etc. If this machine doesn't have the combination you need to wash whatever it is you need to wash I can assure you there isnt a machine that exists that does!! It is also HUGE and holds a ton of clothes without getting out of balance. Overall a well built solid machine that has this laundry hater loving laundry!!

Okay Samsung, we are gonna put all your many cycles twelve overall to the test because my kids try their best to turn in the dirtiest clothes they can daily. The large capacity tub is gonna be a plus that should really help with the number of loads but I like this sanitizing feature I can't wait to try it. Well I have done a few loads and I like how the different wash cycles adjust the overall wash time to complete the load. I love it that the machine plays a musical note to let you know the machine is done, very nice feature. So back to the clothes they came out great no need to run a second wash cycle one time and done with the Samsung. The clothes came out very fresh and clean I can see this machine is gonna add new life to my family's clothes and makes the machine super awesome with me. The Samsung waher has a very clean design to it and the overall compact look is takes you by surprise when you see just how large the tub inside is, Samsung shows why they are number one with this machine.

Its smaller than my last washer. But, this one is better!!! It washes my clothes not too much faster than my last washer but about 30 minutes faster. That's amazing! It is pretty quiet and leaves my clothes fresh and clean. I would recommend you buy this washer if you are in the market for one! You will not be dissatisfied. The washer is deeper on the inside so you can easily add more clothes to each load cause its bigger. I absolutely love that I can wash like 8 towels in one load and they come out clean and perfect! It doesn't take much time to get it done. My wash room is pretty small but, these fit in perfectly with some room left. The color black stainless steel is so gorgeous. I was in awe when I first saw the color.

Samsung truly understands the use of intelligent technology in their products. I love the Samsung washer in beautiful shiny color black. The machine is powerful, and does the job is what build to do, it washes your clothes really well, leaving them clean and smelling so good. I can't believe the size of this washing machine, I can wash a whole full load , or just a few items, and it still washes good. Yes, the machine has many settings, and I like that I have many choices to set as I see fit. There is so much space in it, and with no center agitator, you can fit everything you need in it. And the no center agitator has been a huge blessing for all of our delicates. No more do we have nice things getting caught around that middle spinner. The pre wash feature is super convenient so you can take care of all those stubborn stains right away and as you load the washer. With all the different settings, you can wash everything how it needs to be. Be careful with the bedding setting though, it is truly meant for waterproof items. Trying to put the whole bed in there at once can throw it off! The way it measures the water is cool and fun to watch through the glass lid. It measures as it pours to make sure there is always the right amount of water in there. And it has the deep fill setting if you want even more! Overall, this washer is hands down the best washer I've ever used. It is easy and intuitive to use, does everything you could imagine and more, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade what they currently have! Oh, and when it's done, it sings you a song! What's not to love about that?!

EXCEPTIONAL MACHINE. THE TUB IS HUGE AND ABLE TO TAKE IN ALOT OF CLOTHING. THE QUALITY OF THE STAINLESS STEEL TUB IS GREAT. THE SOAP DISPENSER IS EASY TO ACCESS AND FILL. I LIKE THE GLASS LID SO I CAN SEE THE CLEANING ACTION. THERE ARE A LOT OF CLEANING OPTIONS THAT ARE PREPROGRAMMED AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND. VERY CONVENIENT TO CHAIN SETTINGS IF YOU WANT TO CUSTOMIZED THEM. TRIED CLEANING BOTH COLORS AND WHITES WITH AUTO SETTINGS AND CLOTHES WERE VERY CLEAN. The capacity of this washer is the first thing that drew me in with the ability to fit a king size comforter along side a queen sized comforter let's just say it makes laundry that much faster. Has settings for any type of clothing you could ever own along with a self cleaning cycle to keep the washer performing at it's best. Never have to febreeze something again with a load washed in 36 minutes you can do a load of laundry before heading out the door. Runs super quiet too so no worries about waking up the kids in the middle of the night able to sleep with ease. I highly recommend this washer for anyone in the market.

Quiet, Big Capacity and so many modes!

My new washer arrived and replaced my aging washing machine. The first thing I noticed besides the sleek black color was how big the tub is, 5.4 cu. ft.! This tub is so much larger than my prior washer, and without the tall agitator, I think I could empty a full laundry basket into the machine if I did not need to sort the laundry! During the first week of having this washing machine, my 3-year-old had an accident and had diarrhea in their underwear and on their pants. I thought this would be a good test for the new washer. I rinsed off the clothing in the laundry sink and put it on heavy wash, afterward the underwear was still stained, but the pants were clean. I then used some Shout (let it soak for 3 minutes) and pre-soak with the Steam Stantize cycle, which took 3 hours, but it did the job exceptionally well! The underwear looked great, and I did not have to scrub. One thing I noticed when washing blankets they have to be folded a particular way to fit, and if I am not washing multiples blankets, then they tend to collapse in the middle, verse standing up as displayed in the manual. They still come out clean as far as I can tell. The only two dislikes I can think of are after using the steam cycle a lot of moisture if left on the top of the lid, and I hope there is not a problem with mildew or and weird smells in the future. I try to leave the top open after this cycle. The other dislike I have is that the clothes tend to be a bit more twisted together probably from the impeller, and when moving clothes to the dryer, I have to untangle them a bit to have them dry evenly.

Clean and Sleek Dryer

The new Samsung dryer is perfect for the every day family. We are doing loads of laundry nearly every day and it takes a lot to keep our clothes dry in a timely manner in between washes. This samsung appliance does it effortlessly. The sleek black stainless steel finish on the outsides makes this dryer stand apart from others and it looks great in a laundry room that may not be closed off from the rest of your house. The dryer works efficiently and has many different modes you can select from depending on how much or how little you may need drying. Do you want your clothes completely dry or 75% dry, it's all up to you and how you configure the settings. The dryer does a great job and has been a great compliment to our requirements of washing and drying clothes on such a tight and tough family schedule.

I'm super-excited to have this brand new Samsung washing machine. It's beautiful, flexible, and works extremely well! Thanks to The Insiders for making it happen! The black stainless is truly a thing of beauty and the smoked glass lid helps to elevate the visual even further. Coming from a plain white box I absolutely love looking into my laundry room now! Don't let the looks fool you though these thing is super capable! There are tons of settings to give you granular control over how you wash your clothes. Not only are there 11 presets that cover the majority of your washing needs but it also gives you control over the number of rinse cycles, spin intensity, temp, and soil levels so you can fine-tune your wash just the way you need to. But only if you want to! Oh and not only that but you can cut your load time drastically with Super Speed and I haven't noticed any difference in the cleanliness of my clothes! The soap/fabric softener tray is conveniently removable so that I can move it to my massive detergent bottle rather than lugging the massive detergent bottle to it. Saves me quite a bit of energy lol! The Active Water Jet feature is awesome! Press a button right under the lid and get a waterfall on the side so you can scrub out those stubborn stains before starting your load. Did I mention that the tub is huge!? I don't know what average is but this feels at least 25% larger than my old washer. And there's no agitator in the middle so that adds even more space! If you can't tell I really love my new washing machine. I couldn't be happier with it and the perfectly matched dryer!

I can run a small load quickly, but also run a heavy soiled load with ease, and the steam feature is great for stain removal. Looks great next to the matching dryer! Sleek Addition to the Laundry Room

Let me start by saying this washer has made my life simple. It has a large capacity and stainless steel drum which makes it easy to get the laundry done quickly. Especially when combined with the super speed and active water jet it works to get clothes clean in just half an hour. The steam features are great for removing set in stains as well multiple settings to tackle whatever laundry situation you have. The black stainless steel makes it great to look at as well.

First of all, I love the design of this product. I love the color. The black is very unique. My first impression was a very positive one. I like the digital controls and you have many choices to choose from. It is very easy to turn on. I find it to be very user friendly. I like that you can see through it to the clothes. Great feature. Finally, it is very large on the inside and can hold more than any other washing machine I've ever owned. It washed the clothes quickly and easily. I just love it.

This is the question I ask myself on my new laundry day! This washing machine is so beautiful! It makes me so happy. She has all of the features that I heard other washing machines have! On top of the features, the machine is truly silent! I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. Even during the spin cycle, the machine did not rattle and violently shake to the point where it was knocking things off of the shelf above (yes that has happened to me on many occasions). The design is gorgeous! So happy with the decision of getting a black machine! It is so smooth and sleek. Its like having a beautiful black Mercedes in my laundry room. The machine has truly change (upgraded) the aesthetic of my laundry space. Doing chores has now been upgraded to a treat! Thank you Samsung and The Insiders! This has been a truly wonderful experience! And has renewed my faith in Samsung! The washing machine was easy to use. This is my first time having a top load machine. I was not sure if I was gong to like it. You know the whole myth that front load is better than top load. This machine has completely debunked that rumor!

Even my 10-year-old child can do laundry now. Pros • Energy efficient • Delicate on fabrics • Several options – from delicate and activewear to • Large tub- 5.4cu ft • Built in water faucet to pre-treat stains (this is amazing !!!) • Steam wash features • Slick control panel • Quick wash feature- kids clothes now can be washed in 36 mins. Great Large Washer

I was very impressed when I saw this machine. First of all, I love the color and the design. It is Black and sleek. It has great features and is very large. I also love that you can see right through from the top door to your clothes. Nice feature. The next thing that impressed me was the digital controls. It was clear and easy to use and understand. I have never had a digital washing machine, so I was really impressed. You are able to change to all sizes of loads and can also do a quick wash which I use a lot. However the thing that impressed me the most was the size of the inside of the machine. There is nothing to obstruct your clothes. It is open and wide and holds a lot of clothes. Very impressive. I have never seen a machine like it. It washes your clothes thoroughly. They come out very clean. I just love this machine. Can't say enough good things about it.

This is my initial review after few uses on both the Samsung Washer and Dryer...So far, we believe these Samsung WAS54R7600 washer and DBG54R7600 gas dryer are the most beautiful devices in today's market. The top loading Samsung washing machine has a huge tub- 5.4cu ft. This is huge everyone!!! Another most notable thing that we have been utilizing a lot is the built-in water faucet and I believe Samsung calls it active water jet to pre-treat stains. This is quite useful as we use it a lot on our kid's school uniforms. Both our kids have allergies and using the steam wash feature in this Samsung washer we have noticed that it has helped get rid of some of the allergens.

This Samsung's 5.4 cu. ft. large-capacity top-load washer has got to be the nicest washing machine I have ever used. The drum is huge...I mean it helps me to fit more clothes in ome load than ever before. This cuts down on the time I spend on laundry which leaves more time for other things. The super speed feature can wash a full load of laundry in just 36 minutes with the same clean as any of the other longet cycles. Also, with steam cleaning, this washer provides powerful stain removal while still being gentle on my clothing. Overall another beautiful product from Samsung that is keeping all of my other Samsung appliances in good company.
