Ive really enjoyed using this cooktop. the variety of burners make it easy to cook all kinds and quantities of food. the griddle is great there are only two people in our household so I use the griddle and a boiler and complete many meals especially breakfast. My only frustration has been learning how to disassemble and clean the burners. Customer service sent me a video and I think I have it all figured out. A great cooktop

Poor warranty service - its less than a month

Warranty service is poor. We received the product and had scratches. We requested warranty replacement for top surface. We received two separate parts and both were used parts not the new one. We pointed out the grease and scratches to technician and he said this how LG makes Warranty service is poor if its third party then something is not right as they must have received new part.
