Was so disappointed with the longevity and customer service of Frigidaire. Still waiting to hear back from the company. After 2 years and several service persons later the diagnosis is a bad evaporator coil/clog or Freon leak. Waiting to hear about my 5 year sealed system warranty but having no luck with Frigidaire. Door shelves in both freezer and fridge constantly come apart when opening or closing the doors. Dropping things everywhere. Has even cause glass jars to break when condiments fall into the floor. Shelves are not overly full btw. Also the the drawer bracket was broken very easily by just pushing the drawer back in. What a waste of money.

We bought our fridge less than 3 years ago. Recently had repair assess decreased efficiency. We were told the entire air compressor was shot and to replace along w labor exceeded original cost of the fridge. We won™™t make that same mistake twice. Really shoddy product.

Purchased unit March 2022. Freezer stopped working, followed by refrigerator. Called Frigidaire customer service. Told it is out of warranty, nothing they can do. Gentleman REFUSED to let me speak to someone else and REFUSED to file a complaint. He did however confirm unit is no longer available for purchase. (Was told by dealer they stopped manufacturing it because they were having so many complaints!). $800 purchase for 15 months of use. No thank you. I™™ll never buy Frigidaire again.

We bought this on 8/2021 and now doesn™™t work. Was loud from day one, which bothered us as we are familiar with this sound from our old fridge that died. Our old one lasted 15 years. We only replaced the compressor on that one. This new Frigidaire start showing symptoms right after 1 year. The freezer would get too cold, fridge not cold enough. The seals around the doors started to loose up. We saw cracks on the floor of fridge, the temperature gouge in the freezer would not move at all. We started seeing our food go bad quickly, especially cold cuts and milk. We did not purchase extended warranty hence just hoping that defrosting multiple times and keeping it not too full will do.Now fridge does not cool at all. That horrible noise that I mentioned stopped. This tells us the fan or compressor is broken. We are so frustrated. Out $ 800, not to mention how much food we had to throw away. My husband is retired and we are low income. Very frustrated.

I bought this refrigerator at the end of November 2017. The first thing I noticed, that I wasn't happy about, is that there is no light in the freezer. Secondly, the refrigerator door shelves have rather wide slits in them that allows things to fall through. I wish they were solid shelves like my former fridge. The sides of those shelves COULD be a little higher as bottles fall over the shelf side easily when the door opens. That's hazardous when the bottle is glass. I bought this fridge online, and only had the picture to go by. Since I needed the fridge in a hurry because our other fridge went out, I was kind of stuck. I recommend going to a store to see the actual product before buying.

I thought Frigidaire was a highly recommended brand , never again. Fridges are ™guaranteed™ to last 10 years. (Brand new) Mine lasted 1 year 2 months before the control panel went out started sparking and started to smoke! It was plugged up beside my gas stove so luckily we were home to unplug when this happened! we were told it was past our one year warranty where we financed through and we™™re given a list of places to call that repair Frigidaire which told use the quickest time they could get to us was 2 weeks out! Same time I bought a Frigidaire dishwasher, (new but , not the newest model) lasted same time frame and started leaking all over our floor. DONE. Water damage and could have lost my house over the products.

We bought this brand new in October 2019. This refrigerator is extremely cheap. The plastic door shelf rails fall off regularly, usually causing a glass container on the door to fall to the floor and break. When I tried to call customer service they were very unsympathetic. It also makes a wide variety of buzzes and rattles that our old refrigerator did not make.

I purchased this refrigerator and conveniently it quit working shortly after the warranty ran out. I had to throw away so much food, pay for new groceries, and on top of that, I had to purchase a new refrigerator which I made sure would not be Frigidaire. I am very unhappy I spent 800 on the fridge and it broke a year later. I am now in debt because of this.

Because this is a garage fridge & we have a stand-alone freezer, I didn't notice for a few months that the freezer doesn't completely freeze. The items have frost, but is thawed in the middle.

beyond cheap on all parts. From day one it was noisy and the shelving fell often. We only purchased this because we needed a fridge quickly and this was the only one available without waiting months and we thought the brand Frigidaire was a top brand but never again will we get one. Everything about this model was cheap-I would recommend staying away from this one.

The refrigerator does cool & freeze very well for being an extra fridge that is used outside but if you place anything slightly heavy like a jar of pickles in the door shelf, get ready for the crash; the shelves are cheaply made of & held on by plastic, the only thing that keeps them from falling out the refrigerator now is the Gorilla Glue we applied to them.

The inside drawers tend to come off track very easily and the track broke easily- the door shelves do not stay on and continuously items fall to the floor- whether it™™s just a couple bottle on door or many the door shelves fail to stay connected to support. The ice maker continuously freezes and defrost the ice and makes a frozen glob in the bottom of ice trey jo matter the settings- would not recommend and now seeing it™™s been discontinued makes perfect sense-

I'm a 62 yr old female who has owned numerous refrigerators in my lifetime (used and new). I bought this for my brand new 1/1 "forever" home that I wanted to have an "old" feel. This basic white, top freezer, frig seemed perfect. Unfortunately, after only a few months the middle drawer that I've always used for cheeses has broken. That's never happened before. Also I opened the door a few days ago and WHAM! The top shelf bracket dropped off dumping everything on the floor. It hadn't been loaded with anything new for a while and wasn't packed very tight. On a good note....it keeps everything cold like it should.
